How well have you stayed on task?
1. I have stayed on task for a good amount of this week. I have spent a lot of time working on the company logo and spent a good while coming up with the mission statement.
After thinking about the management function, especially the leadership component, how well do you think you will lead your organization to success?
2. I feel that leading our business to success will take a lot of determination and confidence. We strive to become the leading brand in computer accessories, and we will always have that vision.
What topics, if any, helped you with this portion of the plan?
3. I think just researching different brands of keyboards and mice really gave me some ideas on how we should make and market our products.
What part of the plan did you absolutely nail? Feel free to copy/paste that into your post.
4. I feel like I absolutely nailed the mission statement. I spent a good while thinking of how I could make our business look real good.
Mission Statement: The mission of ChromaKey is to create the world’s best and coolest looking custom keyboards and computer accessories people have yet to see. Founded on the belief that you should always look your best while playing your best, ChromaKey provides quality products that will suit your every need. ChromaKey is and always will be for gamers, by gamers.

ChromaKey Success
We will succeed
I believe that our business ChromaKey will be successful. Why? Well let me tell you. The computer industry has grown immensely since the early 2000's, and is still growing. Most of the people who buy computers buy them for gaming. As a gamer myself I love having custom accessories to make my gaming setup look awesome. I want to feel and look cool while I'm playing games. I feel that with our vision and determination we can gain a foothold in the industry and become one of the main competitors selling gaming accessories. Working with my partners has been fruitful since they have been giving some good ideas on how our business should run, where we will place our headquarters, what our business will look like, and what we should sell. We've been bouncing ideas off of each other and have come up with the perfect plan.
Coming up with our name was probably the most difficult part of creating our business. We didn't know what would be best for a company like ours, so we continued to throw ideas around. After careful consideration, we decided on ChromaKey since it was related to our industry.
Finally, we chose to base ourselves in Nashville, a city that's close to our hometown. We decided on that so that we won't have to move or travel far to get to work each day.
